What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introduction of dance style with a brief history. Use of dance styles steps for a warm up. Choreography moves across the floor for muscle memory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied dance at Laney college. Teacher training from Manuel Kanza Coreógrafo from Angola, Africa. Subjects Afro house and Kuduro.

Dance classes are $16/1hr choreography

Dance sessions are donation based weekly.
How did you get started teaching?
Studied the dance style of my choice. Danced in performances and in public places to gain exposure. Currtently teaching in San Jose and Hayward CA.

All ages. kids to adults.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure it's what you're looking for ask questions before joining a new dance class. The style I teach can be difficult to learn if you're looking for just a simple dance class. some move are very easy and some are not. You have to want this class.
