About
Having had an international career as a mezzo-soprano in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Latin America, I have acquired knowledge and experience that I can offer to aspiring singers. It has become a passion of mine to impart these skills to my students and help create the next generation of vocal artists. I welcome all singers who would like to gain a strong technical foundation for any style of singing.
My students won international and national vocal competitions and have been accepted at the prestigious universities and music conservatories.
In addition to running a very successful private voice studio, from 2009-2014 I was also an adjunct professor of voice and diction at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA, and in 2016 I worked as a voice instructor for Beginnning, Advanced, and Vocal Performance Class at UC Irvine Vocal Department. I am a proud member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), and the Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC).
In 2012 I founded a nonprofit public benefit corporation Orange County Ars Vocalis Academy (OCAVA), which had its inaugural Summer Program for singers in Rome, Italy, in 2013. For additional information about this program, please visit www.OCAVA.org.
