I guarantee results no matter who you are. No matter what disability you have. And no matter how much fear you have of the water. I am a professional swimmer and licensed paramedic. The water is my second home. I swim every day! My life work consists of helping others. Whether it is in the back of an ambulance or in a pool. People matter and trade skills are steadily declining! It is a pleasure of mine to be able to teach any age person how to swim. Swimming is a skill that you can keep for your entire life, no matter your physical well-being. The water will always be a comfort.
My lessons are a fun and entertaining hands-on training which only comes with swimming and teaching your entire life. I also provide training such as swim clinics with stroke drills, coaching for competitive swimmers, open water swimming.
I love travelling to new pools, meeting new people, and seeing the joy on peoples' faces when they realize they became better at an important life skill.

I teach all ages. Group lessons are not extra. Invite your friends and split the cost!
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching swim lessons professionally since my first job as a lifeguard in 2004. I taught my brother who is ten years younger than me how to swim. With practice and training, he eventually became the captain of his high school swim team.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages! From three months to 129 years old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am proud to have taught my younger brother how to swim. Throughout his entire k-12 career, he was a swimmer and I coached him while he was in swim team. 10 years after I graduated high school, he was the captain of our high school swim team, which I previously was part of.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Experience of the instructor is a necessity. If you truly want to gain a grasp of how to swim, being comfortable in the water, and being able to coach yourself, you will benefit most with someone who has been doing this most of their life.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
-Does the instructor swim on a regular basis themselves, or are they only in the water during lessons?
-How well does the instructor work with children? With adults?
-How experienced is the instructor as a swimmer? Are they a professional swimmer, or just a lifeguard?
