Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to conduct an initial consultation at a local coffee shop, where we can go over your dance goals in a quiet and neutral environment. You can bring me your questions and inspirations, and I will go over what to expect on your lessons, reccommend a starting package based on your goals, and schedule your lessons. I find that this face-to-face interaction allows us to get to know each other a little bit before moving forward with your lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my ballroom dance career in 2009 at Arthur Murray in San Jose. I trained daily in several different ballroom dance styles and ways to teach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I do. I teach private lessons for one hour. I start with lesson for $65, 4 lessons for $240, 8 lessons for $465, or 12 lessons for $660. The more you enroll in upfront, the greater your discount.
