About
DanceFit brings over 40 years of experience in fitness, dance and theater arts. We have choreographed, performed and taught professionally; which has given us the opportunity to work in the mediums of television, film and theater. As professional artists, we have performed and worked with ensembles, dance companies and as guest artists around the world in venues from large areas to small theaters. We have received our training from some of the most prestigious dance schools and world renowned artists.
DanceFit was created by combining dance and fitness, out of the desire to have fun while working out. The concept and design allows all to engage weather someone has had formal dance or fitness training or none at all. Our life’s work has been dedicated to fostering the joys of fitness and dance and promoting a balanced healthy lifestyle.
Our youth program provides fitness and dance classes for all ages, levels and abilities.This program promotes an active, healthy lifestyle. Everyone develops new skills while having fun!
The fitness classes create a positive approach to exercise. All of our fitness classes help to develop muscle tone, strengthens core, aids in the development of cognitive skills and relieves stress. Everyone will build balance, flexibility, coordination and increase their stamina.
The dance classes encourage the development of personal style through artistic expression and learned techniques, while practicing storytelling through the movement of dance. Our classes help the development of self confidence and promote the discovery and reward of self achievement. All classes are enriched with dance etiquette.
Our belief is that all should know the joys of fitness and dance!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We create a positive and safe environment for all students to learn in. For children: new students are evaluated in their first class, and placed in the correct level. Assessments are based on skill level and age. All students are encouraged to try their best while having fun learning new skills.
For Adults: new students are asked what their goals are. We can then tailor a plan according to your goals.

$98 per month, 1 class per week
For adults:
$20 single class
$125 unlimited membership
