I cook traditional mexican food from scratch but i also am very health conscious so i also cook paleo style and I am expert at meal preping. I specialize in sauces made for fast practical meals, Kombucha, fermented vegies, and the best salsas.
Im also an art teacher (Coronado Unified school District) I do 'wine and paint' as well as 'wine and jewelry making' classes. I do private classes too.

I typically charge 40.00 per student for a 2 hours long class with minimum 6 per class.

What types of students have you worked with?
Ive been teaching for over 25 years so Ive worked with all types of students. Im bilingual (Spanish/English) so i can teach both in Spanish or English
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I LOVE what I do. ART ant the ART of cooking. So I participate in competitions. The Del Mar jewelry and home n hobby competition is a yearly event where I compete and win every time. This year i will also compete in the Kombucha contest.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Speak to your prospective teacher first. Feel comfortable with her/him so yor learning experience is not only productive but also enjoyable.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask your prospective teacher what they do in their spare time? Your teacher should really enjoy what they teach to the point of doing what they teach in their spare time too.
