I have always been fond of and passionate about cooking. You can check out my work here.
For some reasons, I could not work professionally. But I'm a go-to advisor for cooking for friends and family (approx 10-15). I get calls the time, when someone wants to cook a special dish, or even stucks in the process. So, I thought why not do it professionally as well. Also, I'm known to be a great people's person, with a good ear... I believe that helps as well. ;)..
My specialties are
- Plating (Garnishing to make food to look as awesome as it tastes)
- All types of Indian cuisine, specially with low oil, ghee, sugar, salt.
- Great Appetizers, Desserts and Mocktails
- Signature Mexican, Asian and Italian dishes as well.
I'm flexible with hours and mode of communication (personal visited, phone, video call etc).
Try me out, you'll be hooked. :)
I love to do all three - Cooking, Food Plating and Teaching...
I took the Indian cusine cooking class with Aana during our winter break. Aana is an awesome instructor!!! She made the class fun and very informative. I learned a great deal about Indian and Fusion dishes. I would highly recommend taking this class. After the class, she also treated us with her favorite home made dessert dish. Yummm!!!
Aana is a real gem as a person and a cook. Her dishes are cooked to perfection, beatifully decorated and absolutely delicious. We have had numerous parties where everyone enjoyed her truly amazing, yet healthy dishes. Her daabeli and daal baati are my personal favorites.
Aana is a perfectionist thats the one word comes to me when I think about her cooking. Let it be salad or raita it will be perfect in terms of taste, serving style, even the container which she will choose to serve all the selections are perfect. She can prepare pav bhaji, dabeli, chicken curry, dal bati, pani puri, chole, raita, bhel, ragda pattice, pickels, kheer, laddus, mocktails very well. the taste would be authentic. And about teaching a recipes, she will teach all the details right from ingredients to sequense how you should put the and quantity to use. The recipes she has taught me never failed till now and the small tricks that she will give even on regular cooking will improve the taste. She tries to on healthy side when comes to choosing ingredients but that wont compromise the taste of the dish which is the best part of it. I have learned to make pav bhaji from her which I use to prepare before learning from her but after learning from her the taste has improved a lot and now I also like my pav bhaji because it’s restaurant style 😊
Aana herself is really good cook ....I have learnt Pani Puri ,veg Manchurian, chicken, tilapia fish curry egg wrap, samosa ,chicken biryani in slow cooker from her .she explained everything very well .she guided me even on phone very well . Really good teacher in cooking .
