I have worked weekly with Deirdra Rogers for about two and a half years. She is the best thing that ever happened to my body! At age 70 I am fitter than I have ever been in my life. Deirdra plans every workout carefully to include strength and anaerobic cardio training, always taking my personal needs into account. She knows just how and how much to encourage me so that I have seen great improvement since I started. She is always attentive to the slightest detail and offers helpful corrections when necessary.
