Cooking came very early to me as I was raised on a farm in Brittany, France where we ate everything we grew and raised. Equally early and just as strong came my passion for travelling which brought me to America for a year when I was 17 and back to live at 22 in San Francisco. With my different career paths and personal interests I have been lucky to travel a few many good places in the world, as I always have been wanting to learn from other cultures, especially via cuisine and music. My style of cooking is pragmatic with solid dishes full of flavor and soul. I look forward to meeting and cooking with you!
