Flow Arts With Matthew Motion

I am very passionate about flow arts it is what I love to do. I have been spinning poi for almost 9 years now. Teaching for 2. I also have been teaching hoop, and fans. I’m sure I have something to offer for any skill level. I have performed solo and with 2 different fire troupes, pyrate technics, and now Up in Smoke Out of Hot Pot Studios. Which is where I have been teaching for the last 2 years, every Saturday from 1:15- 2:15.

I love everything about flow arts. Poi being my favorite and what I excel at the most. It is like meditation for me. I can turn everything off and just feel my poi and move with them. I have found a love for teaching people flow arts, and sharing what I love with the world. I am trying to get better at promoting myself and what I love.
