About
I am an E-RYT 500hr asana yoga teacher and practitioner with over 500 hours of training experience and 7,000 hours of teaching experience in the Bay Area (CA). She began her yoga journey to cope with stress and anxiety and has found the movement to be meditative and grounding in her anxious body. Her classes focus on proper alignment and building strength mentally and physically. Bronweyn teaches for yoga studios, gyms, private clients, and corporate clients where she provides yoga and stretch breaks for special events and board meetings. I have also provided ballet training to teenagers and am available to help clean up pieces or prep for competitions.
