Cody is friendly and positive and great with my 13 yr old. He comes prepared and on time every week and is great with communication. I can see the improvements and excitement in my player after just a few sessions. Cody clearly knows his baseball and knows how to connect with the kids. Highly recommended.

I met Gerard at a fitness studio that I had been going to for 3 years. I was extremely happy at that studio, but I am even happier having Gerard as my personal trainer. The fact that he trained and competed professionally as a body builder himself is what initially drew me in as, clearly, he knows what he's doing. I was correct in my assumption; he is a human encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information. The variety in exercises we do is astonishing and tailored to my individual fitness goals. No two sessions are the same. He is sensitive to limitations and injuries. His encouragement keeps me pushing harder, and he seems genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. I now prefer working out with Gerard. I have benefitted greatly from his guidance, support, and expertise and will continue my fitness journey with him as my coach.

I been training with Marcos Hurtado for a big while now with the goal of just getting stronger and having some form of accountability to get back into shape. I gotta say as a physical therapist that Marcos is very knowledgeable in the aspect of fitness and exercise science, and is also very personable and professional. He makes every workout fun and tailored to my individual needs and fitness level. He also knows a lot of stuff outside of fitness and we always engage in great conversations. Some of the exercises Marcos has taught me I have incorporated them into my practice as physical therapist, as unfortunately as a physical therapist we don’t get to learn advanced movements and exercises due that we don’t learn that in school. If you’re looking for a great trainer and need some accountability to jump start your fitness journey. I would definitely recommend Marcos.

At 28 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease and it's been very tough on me. The doctors told me I could lose up to 3 lbs a year if I work really hard. It was very discouraging but I accepted it. Last July, I came off the meds because I felt like they were poisoning me and I saw no change with them. I gained weight, I didn't sleep well at night and I had no energy. Now, I sleep like a baby and I lost 12lbs in just 1 month! I never wore dresses because my mommy tummy poked through, now I love dresses.
