I met Gerard at a fitness studio that I had been going to for 3 years. I was extremely happy at that studio, but I am even happier having Gerard as my personal trainer. The fact that he trained and competed professionally as a body builder himself is what initially drew me in as, clearly, he knows what he's doing. I was correct in my assumption; he is a human encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information. The variety in exercises we do is astonishing and tailored to my individual fitness goals. No two sessions are the same. He is sensitive to limitations and injuries. His encouragement keeps me pushing harder, and he seems genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. I now prefer working out with Gerard. I have benefitted greatly from his guidance, support, and expertise and will continue my fitness journey with him as my coach.

I have worked weekly with Deirdra Rogers for about two and a half years. She is the best thing that ever happened to my body! At age 70 I am fitter than I have ever been in my life. Deirdra plans every workout carefully to include strength and anaerobic cardio training, always taking my personal needs into account. She knows just how and how much to encourage me so that I have seen great improvement since I started. She is always attentive to the slightest detail and offers helpful corrections when necessary. An additional plus is that with her great sense of humor, Deirdra is fun to work with!
