What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best Fitness Trainer in strength & conditioning coaching will be the one that listens to you, and designs a program that works just FOR YOU.
We all are different, and understand what YOU need is critical. The step by step walkthrough makes the difference between a good one and a not too good one.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
That personal trainer has to meet you at your level and adjust as you keep progressing. Not only the physical part is important, but also the emotional as there will be many times when you don’t feel like working out, or EATING WELL. Nutrition is as important as working out, not to mention resting well.
