I graduated as a Food Technician and furthered my studies with Japanese and Indian masters.
I have worked in Spain, Argentina and Brazil and developed my cooking practice to promote natural healing.
I currently have a 30+ hour online course with many recipes and videos.
My goal is to help people change their lifestyle. Seeing them become healthier and happier with my cooking classes is a great satisfaction.
