What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I think safety and time temperature controls are very important. I like to then demo and then have the student follow along.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy I have cooked at The Kitchen Restaurant in Sacramento under Chef Noah Zonca as well as Cordova Casino under Chef Trang. I have taught at St John's shelter for women and children as well as my sister's house nonprofits I have also then contracted for the last 15 months with Off the Grid\ Google feeding Googler's and doing research and development and the Bay Area. I also own Chef AMOR Aways Fresh for 5 years and recently opened up 529 Maple Lane.
