Cooking is about more than just recipes, it's about technique. I am a Registered Dietitian and love teaching people how to prepare healthy plant-based vegan food. I have been teaching cooking classes for nearly 10 years, and have recently had a cookbook published, Simply Fresh.
In my cooking classes I also teach about health principles since I am a Registered Dietitian.
