What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We discuss goals, skill level and cuisine preferences over the phone. I sent a list of suggested recipes. We decide on a menu, and time and place to meet. We create enough foods to have left-overs and quick meals for the coming week.

How did you get started teaching?
I saw a great need for helping people acheive their health goals through better food choices and increased cooking and prep skills.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I held a hands-on vegan Thanksgiving class for 14 people. It was a tremendous success and students were excited to share these recipes with their families!
