What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Assess the skill levels of the student
2. Plot out a lesson plan or technique that best suits the students learning enrichment.
3. Set achievable and realistic goals all the while finding a balance that will also challenge them to grow.

How did you get started teaching?
I had good mentors and have always been a good teacher since I started choreographing in High School. I've since worked with students of all ages from 4 to 70 years of age. I believe everyone is capable of learning if they are willing and put their mind and heart behind their efforts.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I witnessed my client/talent that I have been teaching for several years star in the regional premiere of a Broadway Musical!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know what it is that you want to learn and be willing to go out of your comfort zone.
