About
Sidekicks Martial Arts Academy has served the South Bay community since 1980, having locations in National City, Chula Vista, Spreing Valley, and Paradise Hills. Most recently we've consolidated our operation to the Paradise Hills location.
The main instructor is Grandmaster Maurice Orange, 8th Degree Black Belt & Founder. Grandmaster Orange has over 50 years of martial arts experience, and over 40,000 teaching hours. Out martial arts facility has a "whole learning" approach to martial arts. This means honor and respect to family, living with integrity, and living honorably through peaceful means.
What I enjoy most is making a big difference in the lives of others. I've been blessed with former students returning as adults to thank me for being an all too important part of their lives. In fact, many of tose earlier students now have their children training at the martial arts facility.
