Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Aiki jujitsu, Atemi waza   

Classes include: Hand to hand combat techniques, throwing techniques, learning self-defense, gun techniques, take-downs, grappling and grappling,, ground floor fighting, poison hand, knife fighting and knife self-defense, Techniques of ju-je-jitsu and weapons training.  Atemi jujitsu, 365 attack points central, nervous system. Kick boxing and mixed martial arts Escima, stick, and weapons defense. Classes are fun and easy to do, these classes are taught by a certified instructor.

Learn incentive and responsibility; enhance motivational skills, build-up cardiovascular endurance, and burn-off fat through high intensity martial arts work-out. Children will learn to communicate effectively and build-up confidence. Learn honor and respect for parents, and learn martial arts skills and self-defense mechanics. And learn how to do kata waza movements. Learn martial arts science.  Combination of parents and children together, the parent will learn how to communicate effectively with the child. They will also build a better working relationship with the parent and child as they learn together the martial arts science of Atemi jujitsu. They will learn defensive mechanics and tactics. They will also learn the minimum amount of force and control of the situation. Classes are fun and easy to do.
