This Class is made up of 2 elements:

First element: Exercises for body awareness through a holistic approach involving the 5 senses with a partner. With sneakers.

Second element: Connection dance based on fine music from Brazil, aimed to unleash your leader or follower potential and acquire trust, sensitive of see each other, kindness and genuine approach to look at someone for who they truly are. Barefoot.

This dance class is made up of 2 elements:

First element: high-energy smart cardio dancing based on lively and fun dances from Brazil. With sneakers.

Second element : sensual dance based on fine music from Brazil, aimed to unleash your potential and acquire confidence, power, elegance and sensuality. With high shoes.

My heart is full of happiness when I see my studants shining at the dance floor.

    Dance is about body and brain conection, the process is based on neuroplasticity, witch explains the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to new learning experiences. 

    The first time I fell in love with dancing was at "Casa de Dança Carlinhos de Jesus - CDCJ" , 5 years ago, after that I can't stop dancing and it's my pleasure sharing what i know with everyone. Don't be afraid to start to dance, if you know how to breathe, how to walk and how to hug, probably you learn how to dance.

    The types who like dancing. No age limit.

    My advice including:

    • increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.
