You'll learn how to dance in a fun enviroment and you'll be able to practice what you've been learning with other dancers as well.

Don't be afraid to start to dance, if you know how to breathe, how to walk and how to hug, probably you learn how to dance.

Even if  my heart beat like a samba school our name isn't a coincidence, its a love for dance.

Portella = My last name.

Portela= Famous samba school in Brazil.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice including:

  • improved condition of your heart and lungs.
  • increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.
  • increased aerobic fitness.
  • improved muscle tone and strength.
  • weight management.
  • stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis
