What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to meet the student where they are at. It's about understanding who you are as a person, but most importantly it's about letting go. Be confident in looking silly. Above all, fail forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts (class of 2012)
I hold a BA in Theatre and Dance from UC Davis.

How did you get started teaching?
I've always been teaching and learning. I grew up with educators--- My dad taught English for 30 years. I was always around the examination of the human condition and language.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Come ready to fail, play and just be yourself.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
There are no stupid questions, just the ones you don't ask.
