Evergreen Wushu, founded in 2007, is a renowned Wushu school located in San Jose, California. They offer a wide range of training programs suitable for all age groups aimed at strengthening physical, self-defense capabilities, and reducing stress. Their teachings focus on Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi, helping students cultivate character, internal happiness, and overall life quality. I understand that the goals of each athlete vary by player, and work towards helping each athlete achieve their goals by challenging them in each workout to get outside of their comfort zone and strive for improvement. I've been passionate about basketball since first picking one up in 1999. It's always been my way of escaping. It's not lost on me that I'm blessed to do what I do, so I make sure to give my best day in and day out.

My goal is to offer tremedous value and service to help clients achieve their goals. I offer personalized programs, keep you accountable to help you be the best version of yourself. I also offer programs for post injury physical therapy and athletic performance as well. I’ve worked with adults from their 50’s- mid eighties helping them move and feel better while delivering results they want. I’ve also worked youth athletes including some top junior tennis players as well as basketball players.
