About
As I have taught swimming to all levels and ages, I cater my teaching style to the needs of the students. I work closely with the swimmer (and parents) to make sure the needs and goals of each individual student are being met.
I teach in my own Endless Pool heated to a comfortable 90 degrees year round. The mirror on the bottom, and adjustable current, make for an ideal environment to teach proper stroke technique, as the swimmer can see themselves as they are swimming. The current can be adjusted to each individual's level.
We also offer:
* Changing area
* Free WiFi
* Hot chocolate for kids
* Free snacks and drinks (coffee/tea for parents)
I have a passion for teaching swimming, and have since college. I've been teaching and coaching swimming for over 10 years, and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a student thrive in the water.
It's unfortunate that drowning is still a leading cause of accidental death for children between the ages of 5 and 12, and its so preventable. I plan to do my part in reducing the number of drownings one swimmer at a time!
