ISR is a survival swim program for children ages 6 months and crawling to 6 years of age where the children actually learn how to rollback onto their backs in a safe float from different positions in the water simulating a fall in, as well as learn the basics of swimming.

What Will Your Infant Learn?

Babies who can sit unassisted and crawl, generally 6-12 months old, learn to hold their breath underwater, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe. ISR lessons are one-on-one private lessons held Monday-Friday (5-days per week),10-minutes per lesson, for 4-6 weeks and are customized to each child's developmental level.

What Will Your Toddler Learn?

Children who can walk, generally one year of age and older (up to 6 years), learn the hold their breath underwater, swim with their head down and eyes open, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe, and roll back over to resume swimming until they reach the side of the pool and can crawl out. ISR lessons are one-on-one private lessons held Monday-Friday (5-days per week),10-minutes per lesson, for 4-6 weeks and are customized to each child's developmental level.
