Over 10 years in the restaurant biz! I'm a health-ish chef and have tons of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan specialities. As Armenian-Mexican, I love to make middle eastern food and Mexican favorites like chile rellenos. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Phone or email chat and then we schedule a custom class. You get the ingredients and zoom link and then we cook together step-by-step. We'll go over basics like knife skills too.
