I take a personal approach to teaching ccoking. I like share the knowledge of how combing foods, spices and herbs can create not only delicious favors but nutritional as well.
Ive been cooking and teaching for over 20 yrs for private individuals as well cooking in the industry for restaurants catering companies and resorts.
Ive also participated in a few food and wine festivals.
I love the fact that we can control what and how we eat once we underatand the importance of food and energy. I love seeing peoples' faces when they try something they never liked before and all of sudden realize yum!
Lastly, the confidence a person gets by learning something new. Wow
