My knowledge is varied, extensive and fundamentally sound. As well, I am a singer/songwriter and a certified golf professional with hundreds of students.
Though I no longer cook professionally, I do enjoy cooking and am quite knowledgable. I have experience as a teacher and enjoy doing it.
