I have been a teacher for a couple of years giving classes in Chile and Brasil for people who enjoy cooking at home. Have experience not only in the kitchen but as well in events. Classes are hands on, each one cooks every single plate and plus we get to have fun pairing wines and other drinks. Every class is different starting with the spices, music and decorations! We learn not only to cook but to put a show on without the stress. This is not only learning how to cook but having fun, developing new skills and techniques.
The gratification of teching what I know, seeing the improvments of my students and just enjoying the moment around food.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start the class explaining what we are going to do, ansewering questions and always working hands on, dedicating one on one with the student.
