I am a professional triathlete training out of the Olympic Training Center in LA. I was a record setting division 1 college swimmer and runner and have years of experience in all 3 disciplines of the sport of triathlon! I am extending my expertise out to anyone who wants to start training for anything. I am willing to work with you and form a program that helps you change your life, whether it is losing weight or winning a title, it can be done and I can help!
