Natya- Dancer Rehab & Wellness
About
I'm a physical therapist offering 1-1 hands on care as well as virtual sessions. I help my clients prepare their bodies for dancing and ensure that they are able to develop core strength, flexibility and balance necessary for dance. I also help those dancers who are dealing with a current or past injuries which is limiting their ability to dance without pain.
I thoroughly enjoy establishing a relationship with my clients and work with them on a 1-1 basis providing hands-on care as well as online services. I have a fully equipped center in Sunnyvale CA. I am a trained dancer as well as a Board certification orthopedic physical therapy. I bring a unique perspective to dancer health and have worked with several top studios in the Bay Area. I have over a decade of experience in this field and have been licensed in Illinois, New York & California. My sessions are 45-60 mins in length.
