HI beautiful people! my name is sergio and i am a person and online fitness coach. i help men and women drop all vices and get them to really narrow down their true fitness goals and come up with a game plan together that is sustainable long term. i have worked with all types of clients from weight lost, to building muscle to working with type 2 diabetes clients to help them get their life back. my method is simple and anyone can follow and accomplish no matter how limited they are on time. we are all busy but we make time for whats important to us other wise we will be forced by our age clock to take care of the body one way or another.

My classes are enrolled monthly & affordable as they are held through the City of Corona Parks & Rec Brochure and on location at various facilities around Corona. I limit my participants to have more hands on help with new clients. I also have nutrition on board to help clients achieve their goals of weight loss, and or performance. I love teaching and coaching. I have an English degree from UC Irvine and I am a master certified coach from coach university. I have traveled and lived in Spain to learn about other cultures. My clients include US Army, Navy, FDA, school districts and individuals. I love working with children and adults. Learning should be empowering , fun, joyful and challenging.
