I've been in the culinary field for over 10 years. Attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill. Where I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry and Culinary Arts. My culinary work history includes Pebble Beach and Lead Chef for backstage catering company. Have had the pleasure of hosting and conducting several cooking class throughout the Bay Area.
I enjoy creating new things.The experience of teaching and passing something on that can be used in your everyday life.

How did you get started teaching?
I've always had a passion for teaching. Originally went to school for Early Childhood Education. After having a family of my own I decided to combine two of my favorite things, teaching and food.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students that would be classified as Beginners and Intermediates ranging in age from 8 to 55.
