He was always a source of encourgement, he made sure that everyone had a clear idea of what too do. He made me believe in myself when i didnt think highly of myself, because he believed in me. The year learning from him is one of the greatest experiences i have had.

I would do it again, I wish the course had another year. I would have signed up in a heart beat.
What better way to get your foot in the door. If you know Culinary is and has always been your first choice. I reccomend this class, it touched on alot of things other schools have available through out a 2 to 4 year education. Experience is everything, you are hands on much of the time. As far as knowledge goes, it doesnt end there. You never stop learning throughout your culinary life.
I have looked into schools after this, because it was such an encouragement. I wanted to further my certification. I found myself hearing all the same info during the walk through. I would have had to pull 2 loans not including Sallie Mae. Again, if you have always wanted to submerge into the world of Culinary. This is a great start.
***But. It is no cake walk, there and anywhere else you will go. Including any culinary/food service occupation. ****

Wow where to start, everything doesnt even scratch the surface, chef Jeff is amazing tells it like it is and is honest and likes to see you succeed and grow, I think I was class of 2012-13, till this day I still talk to him and once in a wile to his current classes at the time thanking him for everything and how to deep clean a kitchen cause my first weekend at a new job we deep clean I was asked to deep clean a stove and with out instruction knew exactly what to do, he said we would get tired of making and eating soup and boy did we but again at that very same first job broccoli cheddar soup was on the menu but we had no recipe and with the culinary school recipe I learned from chef Jeff I made it and it was sold to guests and hospital staff and was later asked who made it by my work chef I slowly said I did thinking it was a fail but was told great job he and everyone else loved it and wanted it made again, theres much more I can say but Ill keep this short but once again and always Thank you chef Jeff!!!!

It was a great experience. If I had any questions, he would know the answer. If he didnt know the answer, he would find it. He really helped me out with figuring out how to bake and cook gluten free.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client it’s best to have a open discussion about the “students” goals for themselves so that lessons can be adapted to the situation.
With all lessons any knowledge that would be needed to produce the end result will be included such as cooking methods, safety and sanitation and product identification.
