Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

Before the end of 2019 I decided to utilize the USAT Mentorship Program. As a Level 2 coach I wanted to find a Level 3 mentor. There are only a handful of L3's around, and at the recommendation of a coaching colleague Eric Doehrman of Rule 5 Endurance Group in Huntsville I reached out to Sergio Borges - Triathlon of Sergio Borges X Training - Triathlon in San Diego. After my first 2hr Facetime meeting with him I quickly understood why he's a Level 3, why he's been a successful athlete and coach for so long, and how much I could learn from him. As a bonus I got to meet and talk with him in person two weeks ago while attending the Endurance Exchange Summit in Tempe, AZ. One of the most genuine and humble (experienced) coaches I've ever met.
