I began playing the sport at 10 years old and ended my career after my senior year in High School. My position was Running Back/Cornerback throughout my High School Career. I completed an offseason redshirt year at Laney College before ending my football career due to multiple concussions. Now I train the youth and college athletes to become elite skilled position players. My expectations are for the athletes to get 1% better everyday mentally & physically. I

I use nearly 20 years of coaching in fitness and sports performance alongside my experience as a track and field competitor in the Men's Decathlon 1998-2012 I work with individuals who are commiting to their better-self, or at least to that vision.

I teach basic skills in basketball and football. I have 35 years of basketball/football knowledge and I played in highschool and in the Army. My teachings focus on basic skills. Fundamentals that are necessary and can improve every player if shown correctly. I also teach team concepts, help studying with playbooks and teach them how to use team skills. I will also show them how they can apply these morals and skills to life. I look forward to working with you.
