About
Before teaching I was a professional ballerina for 15 years, performing with the Royal Swedish Ballet for over a decade. I received my training at The Royal Swedish Ballet School. Throughout my career, I've trained with masters in the styles of Vaganova, Balanchine, Paris Opera, and The Royal Ballet. Every dancer is different and has different goals with their training. So I'm very attentive to what kind of student I have in front of me and their needs, so they can get the best training possible to achieve their goals. I cherish the discipline, concentration, and work ethic ballet teaches while also embracing kindness, humor, and modern teaching methods.
Seeing progress in my students' is number one. And I love sharing all my knowledge that I've acquired the past 30 years in the professional ballet world. And also just spreading the joy of dance and that ballet can be so much fun!
