About
I have been teaching swim since I was 16 which brings me to 12 years now! It's truly my passion. I have worked with literally all ages and skill levels. In my time teaching/coaching I'd have to say my favorite part has been at the girls academic leadership academy in Los Angeles as their head swim coach.
Honestly, It's as if I've never worked a single day, I love what I do so much! Being able to swim is such an important and necessary thing to know how to do for your own safety and well being.
I feel so honored to be able to have such a fun time teaching people such a necessary skill in life. We truly have such a blast!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have taught students of all ages in basic water entry, technique and stroke proficiency, and water safety. I believe that creating lesson plans, drawing on more interactive activities and games, easing anxieties and fears when necessary, and encouraging the enjoyment of water-based activities and hobbies are all important components of success as a swim coach!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR, ED water safety lifeguard certified and a registered behavioral technician. I have taught/coached/instructed swim for 8+ years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and skills levels. From infants to senior citizens. From water fearing begginers, to pro- swimteam adults!
