I’m 23, male, average weight. I completed training with “The Warriors Way” and it put me in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’ve always been moderately active, but this program was really hard for me at first. It kicked my butt, and kicked me into shape. After working out with the Warriors Way I was in the best shape of my life! It really slims you down and tones you up!
I really feel that coach Beto changed my fitness forever. My cardio, strength, and endurance have all been better after this intense training. Now thanks to this, I bounce back faster and easier when I’ve gone weeks without exercise.

My son and I are so very blessed to have been able to join the profound fitness family, I say family because Diana truly cares about everyone that walks through her door. I love that there are small personalized classes to help me reach my fitness and health goals and also one on one personal training. I was nervous about going back to the gym because I injured my back awhile ago. Diana has a specialty in helping people with injuries and disabilities modifying workouts to your personal needs. She also has the ability to help the average everyday person with a workout suited for them to challenging the extremely competitive athlete. She also has an amazing kids program that helps kids gain confidence, respect, discipline and martial art skills! My son needed physical therapy at a young age (about 15 months old) and Diana was been able to help him and modify a program suitable for a toddler. My son is now 5 and has joined the kids program and he is just beaming with confidence and is excited for class everyday! I recommend profound fitness to anyone and everyone who is looking for help in changing their health and fitness or even looking for the next step in their fitness and athletic goals and training!

The Teacher Active Killer training was really a good experience - until you try something you don't know if you can do it. I "enjoyed" practicing on other teachers and feeling more competent about doing the punches and take downs. I feel that I might be able to do some of the skills since I now have them in my brain. (I hope that makes sense). I think the training was great for a staff of varying levels of fear and ability. I will definitely recommend the class to other schools. I have already told a couple of principals that they needed to call you! Thank you for empowering us to feel more comfortable with such a hard subject.
