About
I’ve always enjoyed cooking. For as long as I can remember, even when I was a little kid I loved to help cook dinner or Pakistani aloo paratha in the morning. To this day I still enjoy cooking, and there are a few reasons for it. I know that some of my friends have either very little cooking experience or too much, that we all teach and learn from one another. One friend I could teach one of my favorite recipes and another friend could teach me her favorite recipe.
Food brings people together, and I love that. I love taking raw ingredients and turning them into a night full of laughter, full bellies, and satisfaction. No matter the day, time, or place, it is always a good time to cook, there is no better feeling than that. My secret ingredient is always cooking with LOVE.
I love how different techniques can pull out flavors from uncooked ingredients that I never imagined could come from those ingredients. I love the pleasure my friends and family take in the food I cook. I’ve brightened their day!
As far as favorite recipes, I have many. I couldn't pick one. MY favorite dishes are Pakistani Sindhi Biryani, Chicken Tikka, Shami Kabab, Haleem, and the list goes on!!
