Swimming has been a huge part of my life! I am now 22 and just graduated for a second time from Northwestern University. I have a bachelor's in industrial engineering and a master's in secondary education to teach high school math. This year I am starting a job teaching high school math in CPS.
I started competitively swimming when I started middle school, and swam for the varsity team all four years of high school. I have been teaching swim lessons at a local health club and independently for a few years. Additionally, I am Red Cross life guard and CPR/first aid certified. I have also been babysitting and nannying since I was 12. Kids and swimming are two of my passions and I can't wait to help yours, whther it be basic skills or improving their strokes and skills for swim team.
Abigail was a phenomenal swim instructor. She taught both of my kids basic swim skills including strokes, routines, and safety measures. Not only did my kids learn fast with her, but they enjoyed her style of texting as well. Furthermore, Abigail was very responsible with my kids and was always prompt and on time.
I was certified to teach swim lessons through Lifetime Fitness, but I also have almost 10 years of competitive swimming experience.
I charge by the hour!
