I am passionate, curious and fascinated about unleashing human performance across all ages and stages of development through the 'E' factors - energy, empathy and enjoyment.
The third trait that all champions have in common is PURPOSE. Here is my purpose statement;
“I harness energy and empower people to take authentic action so that they can see real possibilities and live successful outcomes beyond what they ever could have imagined, ultimately unleashing human performance.”

MENTOR:
Judy Murray – OBE – SCOTLAND
“Emma is one of the most dynamic and professional coaches I have ever met. She has developed an impressive range of workshops and talks .... She is an effervescent Australian who has so much energy and passion. She is everything that you would want coaches to embody. You are in for a real treat. She’s brilliant.”
COACH:
Carla McKenzie, Director of Tennis of The Shore and Country Club
“Emma Doyle is the greatest coach I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet. She brings so much energy to her lessons and presentations and has the ability to keep everyone engaged. Over the years, Emma has helped me with so many things including my club teams, conflict resolution strategies, my presentations skills, the delivery of my communication in lessons and she has changed the way I coach for the better. I can’t thank Emma enough for all the knowledge she has shared with me over the years and I look forward to what she has in store for the future.”
PARENT:
Heather Di Marco – Parent of a player – AUSTRALIA
"Emma Doyle’s casts a shadow and leaves an imprint on many children that she deals with every single day. You always remain in the moment, never distracted from what else is happening in your life, you are the eternal optimist in so many ways, yet you find the way to continue to challenge and provoke curiosity for learning in others. What is most important is that you have helped kids like, like my son Connor, grow not just as a player but also as a person. You can only do this from a position of care. Thank you for working with my son."
PLAYER:
Bianca Smith – Former tennis player, AUSTRALIA
“Working with Emma Doyle was a memorable experience and one that has left a last impression. Her ability not only as a tennis coach but the life skills that she instilled within me and my life moving forward is something I’ll be forever grateful for. Working with Emma left me feeling empowered thanks to her techniques in goal setting, her values, her skills and knowledge in regards to self-awareness and teaching me to remove self-judgement made me so confident in being able to reach for my goals. Emma has this indescribable energy about her, when you’re around her you can’t help but feel like you can achieve absolutely anything. Her positivity is infectious and I always look forward to working with her again.”
PLAYER:
Brianna Morgan – Former US College tennis player and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, AUSTRALIA
“I began working with Emma as an aspiring junior tennis player. The thing I remember most about those sessions were Emma’s infectious energy, passion for life and commitment to bringing out the best in your mind and body in every session. Now, the days of junior tennis are long gone, but Emma had such an indelible influence on my life as a coach that she remains to this day a highly respected and loved mentor and friend. This is a credit to Emma as not just a great coach, but a truly exceptional person.”
COACH:
John Borden, Chief Operating Officer, Washington Tennis & Education Foundation
“Emma Doyle was instrumental in shifting our teaching and mentoring culture. She spent 3 days with our team revamping our coaching behaviors, enhancing our professional collaboration framework and introducing new player-centric teaching methods. Six months after the training, our coaches were still challenged by her visit and actively using the tools she shared. One of our teaching professionals commented that Emma changed, for the better, how he approached teaching and collaborating with his colleagues.
I personally refer to her as a 'coach of coaches'. She is knowledgeable, kind and passionate about enhancing the quality of any professional environment. I would recommend her for tennis and non-tennis professional work environments.”
