Erin was one of my first yoga teachers when I began practicing more than 10 years ago. Although I've taken classes from many different teachers over the last 12-14 years, she remains at the top of my short list of great teachers that I've had the pleasure of practicing with. Her style, wit, patience, and knowledge regarding the practice and teachings of yoga are inspiring and insightful. She opens the mind to new perspectives and never tires of sharing her gifts and energy with the students lucky enough to be in her class. Phrases and stories that she told to help you get through a particularly difficult pose or to illuminate an elusive concept, stay with me to this day and I refer to them often when life becomes challenging. Sadly, our geographic locations are no longer conducive to participate in her classes, but her teachings and gifts that she so generously shared will be with me always. Erin, you are very special to me!

They are real easy to work with. I like that the trainer Dominic works our with my son. My son really enjoys working with him he says he has learned a lot in the few sessions he has had with him. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to better their child in sports or in life in general.
