Jevoni is a great physical trainer. He has been pushing me physically to be even better than I was before. I am now seeing better results because of his split program he has me working on the past months. Working out each muscle group twice a week and taking rest days only once a week. My strength doubled immensely in the past month from doing the split workouts jevoni had me doing. I'm not personally working on personal records but more in so on my strength training.

Michael has provided workout sessions for my husband and I off and on for 13 years. Our sessions are an hour, and we focus on different areas every week. Michael will tailor the workout based on our requests to focus on a particular area.
Under Michael’s guidance, we have achieved improved flexibility, mobility and stamina. We have been able to enjoy these physical improvements by increasing our physical activities in our travels. We like to hike, to snorkel, ride bikes, and find we are more capable on vacations that require physical activities.
