I've been swimming since I was two years old, and started swimming professionally since the age of 10, winning numerous championships. I have very accurate swimming techniques for pool swimming and ocean swimming. I'm also a qualified lifeguard and a personal trainer owner of the program Max Body 20 which is a combination of extreme exercises during 20 minutes pushing your body to burn fat faster than ever, available in low impact mode class and high intensity mode class. I also have beginner program with 7 minutes duration and other inumerous types of exercises.
