About
Hi, my name is Luis. I have always had a passion for tennis. I took tennis lessons for a while and competed in tennis tournaments for several years. I would like to use my skills and training to coach others and help new aspiring tennis players perfect their game.
I have great communication and interpersonal skills, which is very important when teaching students how to improve their form. I also have active listening skills with the ability to pay close attention to the students. This way, I can accurately address any concerns they may have and answer questions that will help them learn proper techniques.
I can adapt to different surroundings when coaching and I have the ability to teach groups or give private lessons for individuals. I also have the ability to coach all skill levels from the beginner to the advanced player. I have the skills to determine the goals of the students and to use this information combined with their current abilities to put together lesson plans that will help them accomplish these goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process will be teaching my new student the basics of the game like the parts of the court, parts of the racquet and go over the forehand and backhand technique then feeding by hand and try to eventually feed the ball to the student with my racquet.
If the student is intermediate or advance then I will recommend him to do a hitting lesson instead.
