We have served the Farmington Valley for 19 years in a full time capacity, offering lessons to Men, Women & Children in both Kempo Karate & Aikido.
Our instructors are all certified, and the three lead instructors have a combined experience of nearly 85 years.
We teach both Private and Group classes in both styles, and also teach programs for Avon, Granby, & Farmington Parks & Rec. Departments.
