Thererfore, as a result of formal, academic and professional training in the tutoring, educational, and language services industry, I make sure the client's needs are met by inquiring about their inital goals and expectations for the lesson, in order to partner with the client in attaining those goals
Being a partner in the educational and developmental process of the client's educational and/or professional pursuits, specificially in the areas of languages and music, has allowed me the opportunity to be able to learn the student's strength and weaknesses, as well as improve upon my own.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
-Pre-assessment of the students skills in the first meeting.
-Etablish goals, logitics, policies and procedures of lessons via contract.
-Diversified assignments are appointed after each lesson to prepare for the next lesson.
-Student performs or presents assigned work to instructor per lesson.
-Post-assestment will be administered upon completion of lessons.
-After an accumulation of lessons, the student will acquire a final portfolio to use for later use.

Standard pricing:
Languages (Adults):
-Spanish: $40-$60/hr, contingent on level
-ASL: $60-$80/hr, contingent on level
Prices for youth music/language lessons varies on the student's level.
-Language Lessons (Private): K-8th
· -English: $40-60/hr, $20-40 per half hour
· -ASL: $40-60/hr, $20-40 per half hour
· -Spanish: $40-60/hr, $20-$30 per half hour

How did you get started teaching?
Working for Supplemtnal Educational Service providers, after-school programs, teaching assistant positions in community college settings.

Primary, secondary, and post-secondary (community college & private university level).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Graduating with my Bachelor's of Art degree in Deaf Studies from CSU Northridge, performing the National Anthem in ASL at CSU Northridge's Commencement Ceremony 2017 and vocal performance at CSU Northridge's Black Graduation Commencement Ceremony 2017.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Research the qualifications of the instructor for the area of study you prefer, that can be a good match in the process of assiting you in meeting your personal, educational, or professional goals.
