What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always offer a complimentary training and evaluation session as a introduction to our sports performance programs. Immediately after the session ends, we sitdown and go over the skills evaluation, allow you the opportunity to tell your coach about your goals and decide on a training plan that will help you achieve them.
Once your session starts with your coach you will begin to experience a new level of fitness, nutritional incentives and a coach who will keep you accountable to your personal goals. Also as a bonus, you will be set up with competitive opportunities against other aspiring athletes.
